While spending 18 years as a professional athlete, I learned the importance of taking care of your body, being disciplined in your eating habits to having a prolonged career all while missing only one game the entire length of my playing career. I used those lessons to begin training others on how to get the most out of their bodies by training the mind alongside of just the physical body. I became a certified trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Along with being a certified trainer I also have a certification as an NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a boxing coach under USA Boxing. Since becoming a full time trainer I have worked alongside the Jr. NBA on youth physical development, fitness and basketball skills projects. I have also partnered to bring fitness, nutrition and health awareness to inner city youth and adults in Newark and Irvington NJ, alongside of running fitness, group training, sports performance, basketball, and boxing training programs in New Jersey and North Carolina. I have developed a course for Mental Self-Discipline for Healthy Living. Most importantly I have brought fitness and healthy lifestyle to the over 40 community to help fight decline, boost immune systems to help have an overall better quality of life!
